The cleaning method shapes the finished seal.
Paver cleaning is a preparation decision as well as a curb-appeal service. A forceful rinse can disturb joint sand; a cleaning product that does not suit the existing sealer can leave an uneven appearance. We inspect both before choosing the equipment and treatment. If sealing follows, we address residues, assess exposed joints and allow the appropriate drying time. White deposits receive a separate efflorescence assessment. A peeling coating needs a restoration plan rather than a promise that pressure alone will solve it. For pavers with a sound finish, maintenance cleaning may be the right next step without another coat of sealer.

Will pressure washing remove my paver sealer?
A sound coating may tolerate appropriate maintenance cleaning. A deteriorated coating can loosen or change appearance. We assess existing sealer before recommending the method; pressure washing is not a substitute for controlled stripping.
Will the joints need new sand afterward?
Cleaning can expose depleted joints or move loose sand. We inspect the sand level after cleaning and explain any replenishment needed before sealing.
Do you clean pavers even if I am not sealing them?
Yes. Cleaning can be a maintenance service for West Valley paver driveways, patios and walkways. We discuss finish condition and care rather than automatically adding sealing.
