Patio care begins with a practical plan for access and surrounding features. Tell us about furniture, planters and any areas that stay damp. We assess the pavers and existing sealer, protect adjoining surfaces as appropriate and select a cleaning method for the current condition. Irrigation deposits and efflorescence need their own assessment; they are not simply dirt. After cleaning, we check whether the joints need attention and whether the coating remains sound. For a future sealing project, a clean, suitably dry surface and properly prepared joints support a more consistent finish. For routine upkeep, cleaning may be all the patio needs.

We treat the material and condition in front of us, including edges and visible problem areas, with an appropriate cleaning approach.

We discuss drying, remaining marks and joint-sand condition. If sealing is proposed, you receive a separate explanation of the preparation and return-to-use plan.

Should I move patio furniture before cleaning?
Tell us what is on the patio when requesting your estimate. We agree on access and furniture handling as part of the scope so the work area is ready.
Can you clean an already sealed patio?
We assess the coating before selecting the method. A sound finish may be a maintenance-cleaning candidate; peeling or cloudy sealer needs a closer evaluation.
Does patio cleaning include sealing?
Cleaning and sealing are separate decisions. We assess joint sand, existing sealer, efflorescence and drying needs before recommending any new finish.
